דו-קיום בעוספיה

Being a diplomat kid allowed me to be exposed to many different cultures and types of people. It also gave me a fresh perspective on how I view my own culture and identity. Living abroad made me more curious about my culture and history, and I grew up in a household that taught me to appreciate it and always be curious. In this project I wanted to show the multicultural and religious variety in Isifya, how three religions live in harmony in one place they all call home. Beyond this, I also wanted to show and appreciate the Druze religion and the history of my village.

The general message of my project is that despite our differences, coexistence is possible and Isfiya can serve as a role model for it. Once we learn to embrace our differences and bond over our shared aspects, it becomes clear how so very easy it is.
